How it works
It runs on your schedule — a quick form now, a matched teacher, and a free half-hour of playing. You decide where to go from there.
A two-minute form: the student’s age, the instrument you’re curious about (or “not sure yet”), and whether you’d prefer in-person on Peachtree or online from home. Total beginners are welcome — most of our trial students have never touched the instrument.
We pair you with the Harmony teacher who fits the student’s age, goals, and style — not just whoever’s free. Sarah for piano and theory, Marcus for guitar, Priya for violin and voice. You’ll know who you’re meeting before you arrive.
A real one-on-one session, not a sales pitch. Your instructor gets you making sound in the first few minutes, gauges where you’re starting from, and shows you what the first few months would actually look like. Ask anything.
At the end you’ll get an honest read on fit and a simple plan to continue if you’d like. No contract and no obligation — plenty of families take a day or two to talk it over. If it’s a yes, we’ll get your regular weekly time on the calendar.

Yes — a full 30-minute private lesson at no cost and with no obligation to enroll. We offer it because the fit between a student and a teacher matters more than any brochure, and half an hour of real playing tells you far more than a phone call ever could.
Piano, guitar (acoustic, classical, and electric), violin, voice, and drums. We teach students from age 5 through adult, and roughly a third of our trial lessons are adult beginners returning to music after years away. If you’re not sure which instrument fits, book anyway and we’ll help you choose.
Not for an in-person trial — our studio has pianos, guitars, a violin, and a drum kit ready to go. For an online trial you’ll need your own instrument at home. Either way, if you’re deciding what to buy or rent, your instructor can point you in the right direction during the lesson.
In-person lessons happen at our Midtown studio with instruments provided and are ideal for young beginners and drums. Online lessons run live over Zoom with the same instructors and curriculum and suit busy schedules, students outside Atlanta, and piano, guitar, voice, and theory. Many families mix both.
For in-person: just yourself, and any instrument you already own if you’d like to use it. For online: your instrument, a device with a camera, and a quiet, well-lit spot. Expect to actually play — your instructor will have you making sound in the first few minutes, then talk through where you’d start.
We’ll set a regular weekly time with your matched instructor and go over lesson lengths and package options — pricing is shared when you book so there are no surprises. There’s no contract; you can adjust or pause with a week’s notice.
